Earning Criteria

Complete a leadership shadow survey, followed by targeted activities aligned to their development opportunities.
Participate in a series of small group coaching sessions.
Complete four tools - Leadership Shadow, Diversity, Decision Making and Empowerment, and Team Purpose and reflect on the outcomes.
