Earning Criteria

Complete a short, blended program on psychological safety which includes digital activities and a face-to-face workshop where knowledge is applied and refined through practical activities.
Submit a Psychological Safety Assessment as well as a post-course reflection to reflect on the strategies and behaviours learnt throughout the course.
