Earning Criteria

  • Complete four modules of the Westpac People Leader Development Program including Future Focused Leadership, Collaborating for Impact, Engaging & Developing High Impact Teams, Impacting Business Performance
  • Receive feedback from AGSM@UNSW Business School on evidence and reflection demonstrating sound understanding and application of the program concepts.
  • Submit evidence of how concepts from each module were applied in their day to day work along with reflections on how to continue to make a positive impact as a leader and on their team as a result of increased capability.
