Complete four modules of the Westpac People Leader Development Program including Future Focused Leadership, Collaborating for Impact, Engaging & Developing High Impact Teams, Impacting Business Performance

Receive feedback from AGSM@UNSW Business School on evidence and reflection demonstrating sound understanding and application of the program concepts.

Submit evidence of how concepts from each module were applied in their day to day work along with reflections on how to continue to make a positive impact as a leader and on their team as a result of increased capability.
