At the completion of this course, the participant will have acquired the necessary practical skills to effectively manage projects in the workplace. This program provides both theory and practical exercises that will enable the individual to write a clear project objective, as well as plan and scope the project. Individuals will be equipped with tools for determining a project’s deliverables, they will be able to conduct a stakeholder analysis, assess risks and document a project charter.

  • Individuals need to ensure their application is a part of their myCareer development plan and participation in this course is endorsed by their manager
  • Individuals must attend 2 x half day face to face workshops on Project Management
  • Individuals must complete pre-work online content before attending the course
  • Individuals must work with a sponsor to deliver a business case and project plan on a specified initiative and achieve a satisfactory pass mark
