This course provides the participant with the skills and practices critical to being a successful, resilient and adaptive leader. Upon completion of this course you will be able to articulate the nature of a technical vs an adaptive challenge, diagnose a context as chaotic, simple, complicated or complex as well as use political nous to map, navigate and influence relevant and important systems and apply the process of addressing immunity to change for a personal and organisational challenge.

Earning Criteria

To earn this badge the participant will attend 4x 2- hour virtual workshops and a half day in person workshop as well as complete self paced pre and post activities before attending the workshops. They will have also attended a post course group coaching session.
