Over the course of 5 modules, and a 6-month embedding period the course instils an evolving and growth mindset to enable participants to realise shared transformative and systemic change and address the leadership gaps identified in the PMES. The program prepares senior managers with the capabilities and perspectives to lead the organisation and transition towards RHIP’s dynamic environment – now and in the future.

Participants will have completed 5 modules each including a blend of webinars and face-to-face sessions, with a number of extra activities and resources including a 6 month embedding period to help embed their learning.
