The UNSW School of Population Health awards recognise excellence in teaching, research, service and engagement. This award is conferred to conferred title holders affiliated with the UNSW School of Population Health. Recipients of the Engagement award have demonstrated both high quality engagement with, and valuable contribution to, the School of Population Health. Engagement and contribution can be demonstrated in research and/or education.

Earning Criteria

Awarded annually. The award is for excellence demonstrated in the previous 12 months (1 July – 30 June). Conferred title holders may self-nominate (with support from a SPH staff member), or a SPH staff member may nominate from within the School. The nominator submits a written application detailing how the nominee has demonstrated excellence. Applications are assessed by a panel including: Head of School, and two or more level D academics or above.
