Individuals who complete AGSM’s Risk Specialisation Program will have demonstrated the building of key risk related skills and their reputation in the growing areas of risk management and advisory. Designed for the current economic climate and beyond, it covers essential topics such as governance, enterprise risk management, strategic risks, financial risks, operational risks, data governance and risk culture.

Earning Criteria

Participate in 7 virtual learning sessions across the 8 week program. These sessions will cover topics including effective governance, enterprise risk management, strategic risk, financial risk and non-financial risk. You will also be required to attend a course welcome, and take part in the final group presentations.

Participate in 5 weekly online discussions and responding to others comments and views at least once per week.

Complete weekly questionnaires to ensure ongoing understanding of the learning.

Demonstrate evidence of how concepts from each module are applied in an organisational context by participating in a group project and presenting to a panel of industry experts in your final weekly session.
