By completing the UNSW Canberra Problem Formulation course, you have gained competencies in recognising different types of problems and their characteristics, understanding the basic elements for a useful problem formulation (i.e., process and outcome), identifying common biases and errors in formulating problems and ways to avoid them, validating your problem formulation and underpinning assumptions, and practicing strategies and practices for (re)framing problems.
