The NSW Public Service Commission & UNSW AGSM's Aboriginal Career and Leadership Development Program (ACLDP) facilitates career and leadership development for high potential Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the NSW public sector who aspire to leadership roles. Earning Criteria

  • Attend the 5 conference days, across the three face-to-face workshops, facilitated and designed by the NSW PSC Leadership Academy, in collaboration with the UNSW's AGSM.
  • Complete a solo or group project according to the parameters set by the NSW PSC Leadership Academy, in collaboration with the UNSW's AGSM.
  • Use the learnings and frameworks of the ACLDP and apply them to your professional experience during the course of the program.
