Individuals who complete this course will be equipped with an understanding of the DMAIC Framework (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control), key Lean tools to identify root causes of process issues and tools to remove waste. They will also gain a change leadership toolkit enabling them to design and lead a sustainable transformation program. They will be able to understand and leverage people and process to help plan and navigate change initiatives.
