AGSM Certified Green Belts have demonstrated their ability to lead a DMAIC process improvement project with a financial benefit of at least $50,000. They have applied their Lean and Six Sigma toolkit and high level Minitab software skills to complete statistical analysis and improve the speed and quality of an existing process.
