GERRIC Student Programs Student Leader

UNSW students volunteering on GERRIC's Student Programs are integral to the success of the project. They have gained valuable experience working alongside teachers to run engaging and differentiated classes for gifted students. They will be able to use this experience to develop their skills for future practicums and teaching roles. Student Leaders have also shown themselves to be instrumental in supporting a large event, demonstrating communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Earning Criteria

Student Leader volunteers provide operational and administrative support during the event: online support, information management, distributing documents, and contributing to safe running of event: They also offer academic and wellbeing support, assisting the facilitator with class activities using knowledge/experience in working with gifted students.
