Complete the Supervising Doctoral Studies Moodle course, consisting of 10 modules and 20 mandatory assessment questions
Participate in 4 interactive face-to-face or virtual workshops, each taking 3.5 hours, over a period of two years
Conduct and record a reflective interview with a supervisor the participant admires personally.
