Earning Criteria

  • Complete four modules of the Compass Executive Leadership Program including - Leading an Organisation through Dynamic Environments, Leading in a System, Building an Influential Practice and Trust, Executive Presence and Impact.
  • Attend three sessions of small group coaching to demonstrate reflective practice, application of learnings, and progress on personal learning objectives.
  • Collaborate and work with group members on a strategic work project, participate in three sessions of group project check ins and present back the findings and recommendations from the project.
