Earning Criteria

Publication of an extensive body of research in a top tier journal with HDR/ECR as first author and supervisors as last authors and co-authors (e.g. Nature, Science, New England Journal of Medicine etc).
Evidence that team research has resulted in intellectual property patent
Evidence that team research resulted in a clinical trial being led by the team
Evidence that the team led multi-disciplinary collaborations led to a large body of high impact research (publications) or translation.
