This program is comprised of a series of advanced level Masterclasses, focusing on leadership capability enhancement to support the ongoing development of ATO executives and managers. The learning journey comprises a combination of theories and interactive activities including introduction and polling questions, key frameworks and tools, breakout room discussions, case studies and examples, Q&As and post-webinar suggested actions to embed the learning in the ATO workplace environment.

Earning Criteria

  • Participants must attend 6 of the existing 12 Masterclasses and proactively participate in and complete all relevant tasks of each session to be awarded a digital badge and 2 CEMD points. Topics are Adaptive Leadership, Authentic Leadership, Leadership Presence, Being a Leader of Change, Leading High performing Teams, Prioritise and Plan like a Leader, Political Nous, Leading Innovation, Leading for the Future, Leading and Creating Culture, The Accountable Manager, and Strategic Decision Making.
