Individuals who complete the learning component and workplace improvement project will be equipped with an understanding and application of the DMAIC Framework (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control). They will apply key problem-solving tools such as baselining, root causes analysis and evidence of performance uplift. They also gain valuable hands-on experience in stakeholder management.
