Earning Criteria

  • Particpants spent approximately nine (9) hours live and online learning to manage all critical aspects of the training function. Participants also had the opportunity to discuss the content, ask questions, and network and share ideas with the other training managers. An additional five (5) hours of pre-course work, intersession assignments, and post-course work was required.
