The outcomes of this course are: Inform and Educate - Be aware of the Pharmacy Schools Programme to support delivery of curriculum including Personal Development and Mutual Understanding (PDMU) and World Around Us, for Foundation Stage. Teach health literacy skills - Identify baseline understanding on self care and health services. Support behaviour change - Identify suitable resources within programme to enable continued conversation at home on health literacy,community pharmacy services, etc.
