Lucy grasps her role as Trans Pennine STEM Ambassador Hub lead with tenacity and a passion to make a difference. She is instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships, interpretiing hub engagement data extensively to understand their strengths and challenges . Using research into local market engagement & aligning activities with projects such as Gatsby, ESERO, STEM Clubs and Aspire to STEM, future plans include using the data to influence strategy and organisational structure.
