Graduates of the BSc Major in Statistics at UKZN have a solid foundation in Statistics methodologies and techniques, relevant to solving practical Big Data problems in the workplace. Graduates are equipped with data-driven analytical thinking patterns and automation techniques for actionable insight, using appropriate statistical software and are well-versed in a variety of mathematical, statistical and computational analysis methods and usage of a wide range of analytical software.
