Graduate students at the University of Central Florida who complete approved master’s level coursework in the Department of Statistics and Data Science earn a Tier 1 Academic Specialization. The Department instructs students in a wide variety of methods for collection, analysis, interpretation, presentation, and organization of data. Students who complete the SAS-related course electives are prepared for Base SAS certification and use SAS software in applied projects and homework assignments.
