This competition is the kick-off event to the week-long on-campus analytics immersion experience that provides MS BAIM students an opportunity to receive additional high-quality training in prescriptive analytics using SAS software from SAS trainers. Students learned to formulate and solve common optimization problems using SAS software the first two days, then apply what they learned by showing how they could extend their industry practicum project problem or insights by using optimization.
