Earners of this completion award have demonstrated the knowledge required to manage projects from inception to execution in Primavera P6. This includes building the project plan via Work Breakdown Structure, activities, calendars, relationships,, and baselines; assigning and leveling resources and managing their allocation; and executing the project. Individuals who earn this award are also skilled in the application of Critical Pass Method scheduling and other project management principles.
