By having completed this course the graduates have demonstrated the ability to assume responsibility as a Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL) in an international setting. Graduates of the S1-84 course are prepared to lead NCO professional development programs, build and lead high performing teams, and succinctly and professionally articulate advice to the Commander as part of the command team concept.
