Earning Criteria

Graduates of the N2-47 NATO Intelligence Warning System (NIWS) Course have completed over 40 hours of interactive plenary lectures introducing the NIWS, MC 0166 Policy, the NIWS website and software, and the NATO approved Indications and Warning methodology, followed by instructor-facilitated practical exercises designed to test student comprehension of course materials, and culminating in a summative written product (a complete conventional NIWS report).
