Earning Criteria

Graduates of the M7-98 course have completed over 40 hours of study related to effective teaching methods and presentation techniques in the delivery of academic instruction. Students are assessed against instructor competencies outlined by the International board of standards for training, performance and instruction (IBSTPI)
Graduates of this course have also successfully completed the M5-33 NATO NCO Orientation Course or equivalent course.
