By having completed this course the graduate has demonstrated the ability to work with an experimentation team in refining a concept using a valid experimental set up, determine the conditions for a “valid” experiment, setting up an experimentation team, executing the experiment, and refining the concept based on results of the experimentation. A successful graduate of this course will also be able to to determine the CD&E inputs required for the capability development process.
