By having completed this course the graduate has demonstrated the ability to lead effectively in the NATO environment at the operational level. Graduates of the M1-95 course are prepared to build and lead high performing teams while addressing the myriad of leadership challenges and ethical dilemmas related to leading a multiracial, multicultural, and multigender forces in NATO.
