By having completed this course the graduate has demonstrated the ability to lead effectively in the NATO environment at the tactical / operational level. Graduates of the M1-82 course develop an awareness of the significance of cultural diversity its impact in the international environment, communication skills to facilitate effective leadership, and available tools, resources, and programmes to enhance NATO effectiveness.
