The earner has collaborated with faculty colleagues in the development of the Student Success Network (SSN). The earner has explored the literature encompassing student mentoring programs, reviewed best practices in training and developing faculty as mentors of fist-year students, created a training curriculum for faculty mentors, crafted student communications, reviewed assessment data, and recommended program improvements.
