The candidate has successfully demonstrated knowledge of Sales Negotiations. Program requirements include: completing the 2-day Situational Sales Negotiation instructor-led course, completing the mandatory pre-work for the SSN instructor-led course, attending the virtual coaching reinforcement for SSN and completing the “Beyond Negotiations Skills for Capturing More Value Across the Entire Customer Lifecycle” e-learning. Participating as a coachee in a Peer Coaching Lab is an optional activity.
