The candidate has successfully demonstrated Sales Coaching knowledge. Program requirements include: completing the Sales Coaching program which consists of two webinar, a 1-day instructor-led course, a mobile e-game and five coach-the-coach virtual sessions. Participating as a coach in Ericsson Peer Coaching Lab is an optional activity.
