• Pass the exam for any 2 of these SAFe certifications: SSM, POPM, SASM, SA, SDP • Pass the exam for SAFe® Release Train Engineer (class LZU 150 2501 delivered by Ericsson) or the SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) • 4 completed PI planning sessions in a leadership role • 80 cumulative completed sprints across all scrum teams working in a leadership role • Demonstrate Successful work to reframe an organization toward Agile principles.
