This badge is awarded to Ericsson employees who have successfully demonstrated proficiency in Digital Ways of Working, according to Ericsson’s Digital Transformation Playbook, by working in a digital transformation project for at least 12 months. It is a token which shows that the individual is capable to apply Digital Ways of Working in other transformation initiatives and ultimately shows that the individual has embraced a customer focused and agile mindset.

Earning Criteria

  • Having worked in a Digital Transformation project for at least 12 months or 20 sprints
  • Having completed the Agile Immersion training or the Scrum Master training held by DTO
  • Having contributed to knowledge sharing activities: - Created a re-usable asset; - Delivered a knowledge sharing/training within Chapter, Lighthouse or similar
  • Actively shows the 5 behaviors according to Ericsson on the Move
  • Is able to advise others on how to adapt the DT Playbook/Digital Ways of Working
