Work and Wellbeing, Deakin University’s microcredential, co-designed with industry partners Wellness Designs, GLWS Wellbeing and Pracademia gives the earner strategic leadership skills to cultivate a wellbeing-focused culture. They learnt to develop employee wellness strategies that enhance physical and mental capacity, boosts employee engagement and reduces the likelihood of other negative flow-on from both employees and your business.

Earning Criteria

During the course the earner was an enrolled Deakin University student with the rights, responsibilities, access to resources and scrutiny of academic integrity required by this educational institution.

The earner passes a formal assessment by conducting interviews with HE, safety and/or employee representatives in their own or another organisation and analysed the interview information to complete a workplace wellbeing scan.

This microcredential provides the earner with bankable credit (0.5 credit points) towards one or more specified post graduate degrees (award course) at Deakin University. The credit is redeemed on successful application to study the degree.

Successfully completed this online course with learning activities and formal assessment typically requiring 50-75 hours.
