Earning Criteria

• Prepare a written report for an organisation containing recommendations and strategies for managing and leading culturally diverse teams based on the real-world experiences of your peers, and yourself. Part A –two to three interviews with peers: create an interview protocol (5 – 10 questions) and conduct interviews AND Part B – written report: 2000 words plus text transcripts of interviews (generated from recording interviews).
• Successfully completed this online course with learning activities and formal assessment typically requiring 50-75 hours.
• This microcredential provides the earner with bankable credit (0.5 credit points) towards one or more specified post graduate degrees (award course) at Deakin University. The credit is redeemed on successful application to study the degree.
