Earning Criteria

• This credential is verified by Deakin University.
• Credential submissions are assessed by academic and industry practitioners with relevant experience.
• The submission process is evidence based and successful achievement of a credential requires a portfolio of evidence, a written reflection and a video testimony showcasing the relevant skills and knowledge at the expected level. The submission has addressed and demonstrated all criteria listed below:
• Shares and leverages expertise at a strategic level beyond the engineering function.
• Guides engineering practice and promotes high standards of excellence, based on broad expertise and experience, to address business and client needs.
• Acquires and applies local engineering knowledge, including knowledge contributed by other people including suppliers, consultants, contractors and independent experts.
• Develops and operates within a hazard and risk framework appropriate to engineering activities.
