Earning Criteria

• This credential is verified by Deakin University.
• Credential submissions are assessed by academic and industry practitioners with relevant experience.
• The submission process is evidence based and successful achievement of a credential requires a portfolio of evidence, a written reflection and a video testimony showcasing the relevant skills and knowledge at the expected level. The submission has addressed and demonstrated all criteria listed below:
• Scans the environment to isolate operational priorities and goals that support the organisation’s strategic outcomes.
• Manages responses to risks, issues and opportunities.
• Sets plans, allocates responsibilities and drives performance to achieve the required operational outcomes or overcome any setbacks.
• Regularly evaluates progress and initiates adjustment to improve results.
• Responds in a systematic and considered manner to deal with obstacles and achieve or exceed goals or expectations.
