Earners of this badge are focused on building workforce capability across all levels and jobs in a team, and empowering their colleagues. Participants worked on understanding skill gaps within their team, and promoting development and learning solutions to build workforce capability. They learnt to establish frameworks and systems that facilitate meaningful engagement in strategic processes and produce the data required to assure collective performance against agreed metrics and benchmarks.
