Earners of this badge have completed a course on the current digital learning ecosystem. Participants have learnt how to be flexible in their approach and adapt to new technology to create effective and digitally enhanced learning experiences. This course also helped participants to use the principles of learner-centred design and how to effectively use learner data. Earners of this badge completed a process of self-reflection to understand and modify their own actions in the workplace.
