To achieve this Deakin Hallmark, students in the Bachelor of Biomedical Science must provide a narrated portfolio evidencing the impact of their advanced skills in communication and highlight key achievements to a panel of disciplinary experts through an oral presentation.

Achievement of the Hallmark was judged by a panel of disciplinary experts, including representatives from the course team, industry and a graduate of the course.
