Earning Criteria

• This credential is verified by Deakin University.
• Credential submissions are assessed by academic and industry practitioners with relevant experience.
• The submission process is evidence based and successful achievement of a credential requires a portfolio of evidence, a written reflection and a video testimony showcasing the relevant skills and knowledge at the expected level. The submission has addressed and demonstrated all criteria listed below:
• Promotes a culture that encourages and enables effective communication.
• Communicates with meaning to positively inform or influence specialist and non-specialist groups and diverse stakeholders.
• Represents the organisation with authority and credibility beyond the business area, externally, or publicly.
• Prepares and presents articulate and influential, reports, documentation and presentations.
• Gives and receives clear instructions or recommendations on often very complex and conceptually ambiguous topics or strategic issues.
