The Telehealth REACH Certificate advances the skills of allied health professionals who either currently work with telehealth, or who wish to expand their telehealth knowledge and expertise. This REACH certificate contains in-depth lessons on telehealth fundamentals, technologies, laws, documentation and billing, and effective communication strategies.

Earning Criteria

Must be a Medical Assistant (MA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Certified Medical Administrative Specialist (CMAS), Allied Health Instructor (AHI), or other allied health professional.
Must pass the 70 multiple-choice question final assessment with a minimum score of 80%.
Must complete six modules, including knowledge checks and quizzes.
